Attendance HERO Campaign: Pupils achieving 100% attendance each week are entered into a raffle, with three winners chosen to take home a brand-new book.
Open Community Vision: The school is actively opening its doors to welcome prospective and current parents, carers, and visiting educational colleagues.

Open Morning & School Photographs: Friday 9th October (Open Morning 9:15am–10:00am; photo sessions held all day).
PTA Annual General Meeting (AGM): Tuesday 13th October at 4:00pm.
Early Years: Nursery pupils are settling into outdoor learning and sensory play, while Reception explored family careers after reading My Mum is a Firefighter.
Key Stage 1: Year 1 created "messy maps" and model aerial views. Year 2 explored texture artwork, cookery (baking cookies in Poppy Class), and the importance of bedtime routines in PSHE.
Lower Key Stage 2: Year 3 studied bodily cues for emotions and practised observational drawing. Year 4 conducted hands-on science projects, modelling dental structures with playdough and testing toothbrush bristle effectiveness.
Upper Key Stage 2: Year 5 investigated light properties (transparent, translucent, opaque) and calming meditation techniques. Year 6 created online safety posters as "Web Wise Wizards" and focused on clear mathematical reasoning.
Free School Meals (FSM): Families are urged to check eligibility via the school website's checker tool to access school meal funding and holiday supermarket vouchers.
Friends of KAPS (PTA): Parents and carers are invited to join fundraising efforts and follow the PTA on Instagram (@friendsofkaps).
