Staying Safe Online

While schools remain closed, we have provided work and websites for children to access in order that they continue to learn. Government guidelines have also suggested having remote social contact to keep in touch with loved ones.
This means our children may be online more both via computers and mobile devices. This means online safety is of
more importance than ever.

Your children have regular online safety sessions at school but a refresher of how to be smart online is always a good thing. Please see below ‘Childnet’s’ poster for areas to discuss with them and the website below for more detail and quizzes that promote safety online.

As with any form of social media there is always a risk and with the current Covid-19 situation, more and more children are using online apps. The team@natonlinesafety  have put together some useful guides regarding online safety. Please take some time to go through these guides. Please click on the picture to view the picture.
